For My Shy Guys

I hear it quite often — “It took me [insert number] years to work up the courage to see you.” While I applaud the folks who take the leap and come have fun with me despite their nerves, I know that there’s someone out there who has yet to do so. This is for you!

How to Book A Provider When You’re Nervous/Shy

“How do I know if she’s right for me?”

  1. Website and Social Media: First things first, once you come across a provider that seems like a dream come true, check out their socials. If you found your provider on an advertising site, they will usually have their social media links and website on there too. Take your time exploring and reading about them. Many of us put time into creating websites that really showcase who we are and who’s a good match for us.

  2. Get clear on what you want: What type of experience are you looking for? What’s important to you in connecting like this? What’s your budget? What are your personal boundaries? Does the provider you’re looking at match some of what you’re looking for? While you don’t need to know the answers to all of these questions, it will help you find what your heart desires and set expectations.

“How do I know she is who she says she is?”

  3. Texting or Video Chat: Behind the blur and lingerie photos, how do you really know that we’re real people? For my shy/hesitant friends, I recommend finding someone who offers texting packages or video chats. (I offer both!) This is way less pressure than meeting in person and can give you a really good feel for this provider’s vibe. Another option is to check out their OnlyFans or other spicy sites.

This can be especially helpful if you have particular questions or concerns you want addressed prior to meeting. I’ve had folks reach out to discuss being neurodivergent, safer sex practices, to hear my voice, and to just have some laughs before committing. It also puts me at ease because I get to know a bit about you before we meet in person!

“How long should I book for?”

  4. Give yourself time! While you may be tempted to go for the shortest amount of time the provider offers, I promise you will feel more at ease if you can take your time. I recommend a couple of hours so that you can let your nerves settle over dinner, a drink and conversation. (just like a real date!)

I recently had a date where we watched some TV partway through and cuddled which felt like a really comfortable and easy way to get acquainted.

“What if I’m too nervous to perform?”

  5. Talk to your provider! Be honest about how you’re feeling. You’re not the first person we’ve encountered who has had this challenge- I promise! My toolbox is large and there are so many ways to connect. We are professionals after all! Massage, holding hands, cuddling, making out, dancing, playing Twister- we’ve got options. Trust your provider to guide you.

At some point, once you’ve acquired enough information, you really do just have to take a leap of faith. Book the provider!
